Zohar Goshen serves as the Jerome L. Greene Professor of Transactional Law at Columbia Law School. In this role, he focuses on teaching and writing about key areas such as Corporate Law, Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance, and Securities Regulations.
Additionally, Goshen is a Research Member at the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI).
