Ziauddin Yousafzai, born on April 20, 1969, in Shangla, Pakistan, is a Pakistani educational entrepreneur and activist. He is widely recognized as the father of Nobel laureate Malala Yousafzai. His father, Rohul Amin Yousafzai, was an orator, theology teacher, and imam, from whom Ziauddin drew inspiration.
