Dr. Ari Zelmanow designs learning, enablement, and change systems to help organizations adopt new behaviors, tools, and operating models. His career was shaped by an early experience as a metropolitan police officer, where ignoring evidence nearly cost him his life. This firsthand lesson highlighted the risks organizations face when they fail to recognize signals, integrate information, or act on evidence during periods of change, not due to a lack of data, but a lack of effective systems.
