Biography

Zakary Challen "Zak" Brown is an American motorsports executive who serves as the chief executive officer of McLaren Racing. Since taking up his post in 2018, he has led the transformation of the brand and culture of the McLaren F1 team and the McLaren Indycar team, and from 2026, the McLaren WEC team. He is credited as the architect of McLaren's return to the top of F1, winning the Constructors World Championship in 2024.
