Rose Yu is the Cofounder and CEO of GistFlow, an AI Researcher, and a Machine Learning Professor at UC San Diego. She is also an Amazon Scholar. Her research interests primarily involve machine learning, particularly for large-scale spatiotemporal data, and she is focused on AI for scientific discovery.

Professor Yu is a primary faculty member with the AI Group in the Computer Science and Engineering department at UC San Diego.
