Yossi Kugler serves as the Director for the Center for the Study of Antisemitism and Law at The College Of Management Academic Studies. In this role, he focuses on the academic study of antisemitism and its legal implications.

Additionally, Kugler is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Shalom Hartman Institute. His expertise lies as a historian specializing in antisemitism and Israeli society. He has also been associated with Yad Vashem, The World Holocaust Remembrance Center.
