Yoram Yovell is an Israeli psychoanalyst, psychiatrist, and brain researcher. He holds positions as an Associate Professor in the Division of Clinical Neuroscience at Hadassah Ein Kerem Medical Center and at the Department of Psychology, both at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. His research areas include the neurobiology of emotions and the mechanisms of physical and mental pain, with a particular focus on the neurobiology of love and emotions.
