Biography

Yinglan Tan is the Founding Managing Partner of Insignia Ventures Partners, a firm he established in late 2017. Prior to founding Insignia, Tan was Sequoia Capital's first hire in Southeast Asia. He currently serves on the boards of Insignia Ventures Academy, Carro, Surfin Meta Digital Technology, and Appier.
