Biography

Yi He is a Chinese business executive, known as a co-founder of the cryptocurrency exchange Binance. Since December 2025, she has served as its co-chief executive officer (CEO), alongside Richard Teng. She also heads YZi Labs, formerly known as Binance Labs, a venture capital firm and family office associated with Binance co-founder Changpeng Zhao. Since August 2022, YZi Labs invests in Web3, artificial intelligence, and biotechnology companies.
