Yanki Tshering is the Founder and Executive Director of Accompany Capital, formerly known as Business Center for New Americans. In this role, she is responsible for developing and implementing economic development programs within New York City. These programs encompass microfinance, microenterprise initiatives, match funding, and homeownership programs, all designed to promote financial inclusion for underserved communities.
