Xiye Bastida is an Indigenous climate justice activist from the Otomi-Toltec community in Central Mexico, recognized as a prominent voice for Indigenous and immigrant visibility within the climate movement. She co-founded the Re-Earth Initiative, an international youth-led nonprofit organization that provides resources and knowledge to frontline communities and has members in over 26 countries. Bastida currently serves as a Fellow at 776 Foundation and an Advisor at The Rockefeller Foundation.
