Xin Guo serves as the Co-CEO at Solidigm. Her career includes significant roles at Intel, where she was a Director and Senior Principal Engineer, and a Manager in the Flash Device Group. She also worked as an MTS Design Engineer at Spansion Is Cypress Semiconductor.

Beyond her corporate leadership, Xin Guo is an operations researcher, applied mathematician, and financial engineer. She holds a position as a professor at the University of California.
