Wouter Wolfs is a Lecturer in Comparative and International Politics at KU Leuven Campus Kulak Kortrijk. His expertise spans European and comparative politics, as evidenced by his roles at KU Leuven's Faculty of Social Sciences and the KU Leuven Public Governance Institute.

Prior to his current position, Wolfs was a PhD Fellow at the Research Foundation Flanders - Fwo.
