William Reginald "Bill" Rhodes, born August 15, 1935, is an American banker and philanthropist. He is the President and CEO of William R. Rhodes Global Advisors, LLC, which he founded in 2010. Prior to this, Rhodes had a distinguished career spanning over 53 years with Citi, where he held numerous senior executive positions.
