William Baude is the Harry Kalven Jr. Professor of Law at the University of Chicago Law School, where he also directs its Constitutional Law Institute. He specializes in United States constitutional law and teaches courses on constitutional law, federal courts, and conflicts of law. Baude joined the faculty in 2014 and received tenure in 2018, establishing the Constitutional Law Institute in 2020.
