Biography

William Brockenbrough Taylor Jr. is an American diplomat, government official, and former military officer. Born in New Mexico on September 14, 1947, he graduated from Mount Vernon High School in 1965.

He then attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, graduating in the top 1% of his class in 1969. In 1977, he completed a Master of Public Policy (MPP) degree at Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government.
