Whitney Tilson is an American investor, author, and Democratic Party political activist. He is currently an editor at Stansberry Research, an investment newsletter, and as of January 2025, serves as the lead analyst for the Stansberry Investment Advisory newsletter. Prior to this, Tilson managed a hedge fund for 18 years, following the value investing approach of investors like Warren Buffett and Benjamin Graham.
