Biography

Wendy Cromwell serves as the Vice Chair and Head of Sustainable Investment at Wellington Management. In this role, she leads the research agenda and strategy for the firm's sustainable investment practice, which includes impact, climate, and long-term engagement strategies. She also acts as an aide to the chairman and CEO for external affairs since August 2017.
