Biography

Wendy Barnes is the CEO & President of GoodRx, a role she assumed in 2025. She brings over 25 years of experience in the pharmacy benefits management (PBM) and broader pharmacy sectors. Prior to joining GoodRx, Barnes served as the CEO of RxBenefits from May 2022 to December 2024, where she led the industry’s first Pharmacy Benefit Optimizer (PBO).
