Biography

Warren Powell is an American operations researcher and academic, currently serving as an Executive-in-Residence at Rutgers Business School since 2024. He is Professor Emeritus at Princeton University, where he taught for nearly four decades from 1981 to 2020. At Princeton, he was a founding member of the Department of Operations Research and Financial Engineering.
