Walter S. Mossberg is a retired American technology journalist and moderator. He began his career at The Wall Street Journal in 1970, spending 18 years covering national and international affairs before focusing on technology.
From 1991 through 2013, he was the principal technology columnist for the Journal, writing his weekly 'Personal Technology' column. He also edited the 'Digital Solution' column and wrote 'Mossberg's Mailbox.
