Volodymyr Zelenskyy is the sixth president of Ukraine, serving since 2019. He took office five years after the start of the Russo-Ukrainian war and continues to lead the country during the full-scale Russian invasion, which began in February 2022.
Born in Kryvyi Rih, Zelenskyy obtained a law degree but pursued a career in comedy and entertainment.
