Vivian Midha Shen is the Founder and Board Chair of Acely AI, a role she has held since 2023. She is also the Founder and Board Member of Juni Learning, which she founded in 2017.

Since 2025, Ms. Shen has served as a Visiting Partner at Y Combinator. Prior to her entrepreneurial ventures, she was the Director of Product at Operator from January 2016 to May 2017. She also worked as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company from 2014 to 2016.
