Violet Lim is the CEO and Chief Cupid of Lunch Actually Group, a premier dating and matchmaking company she co-founded in 2004 with her husband, Jamie. Inspired by the busy schedules of her colleagues who had little time for dating, Lim established Lunch Actually to help professionals find love.

Under her leadership, Lunch Actually has grown to become Asia's biggest premier lunch dating company, with offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Bangkok, and Taipei.
