Vincent Oliva is the President of the Fédération des médecins spécialistes du Québec (FMSQ). In addition to his leadership role at the FMSQ, he serves as the Président du conseil d'administration (Chairman of the Board) for Sogemec Assurances and Fdp Gestion Privée.

His educational background includes a Docteur en médecine degree, specializing in Radiologie diagnostique, and a fellowship in Interventional Radiology. He is also associated with Université de Montréal.
