Victoria Arlen is an American television personality for ESPN, a motivational speaker, and an author. She is also the founder of Victoria's Victory Foundation and a former American paralympian swimmer, having won four medals at the 2012 Summer Paralympics.

Born in New Hampshire in 1994, Arlen developed two rare conditions, transverse myelitis and acute disseminated encephalomyelitis, at age eleven.
