Biography

Victoria Anne Kennedy is an American diplomat, attorney, and activist who served as the United States Ambassador to Austria from 2022 to 2025. Appointed by President Joe Biden in 2021 and unanimously confirmed by the US Senate, she is the widow and second wife of longtime U.S. senator Ted Kennedy.

During her diplomatic tenure, Kennedy advanced and strengthened transatlantic relationships culturally, commercially, and diplomatically.
