Verity Chegar serves as a Board Member of the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB). In this role, she contributes to the development and maintenance of global sustainability reporting standards.

Prior to joining the ISSB, Chegar held significant leadership positions focusing on standard setting, investing, and stewardship from both asset owner and asset manager perspectives.
