Vassiliki Lazarakou is the Chair of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission. Her career includes significant roles in both legal practice and financial market institutions.

Lazarakou is a Member of the Athens and New York Bar Association. Prior to her current role, she served as Legal Counsel at the Athens Exchange Group. Her legal career also includes positions as a Partner at L & L Law Firm, Head of the Financial Law Dept. at Klc Law Firm, and Senior partner at Zepos & Yannopoulos.
