Vanessa Pham is a founder coach and advisor, currently leading Vanessa Pham Coaching since 2024. She is recognized for co-founding Omsom, an award-winning Asian food brand that achieved national distribution and sold over 5 million units before its acquisition in June 2024. Through Omsom, she helped shape culture by leading institutional change, including advocating for the removal of MSG from Whole30’s “Restricted” list and advancing conversations about inequities in the "ethnic" aisle.
