Valerie Red-Horse Mohl, of Cherokee ancestry, serves as the Deputy Chief Investment Officer of Responsible Investing at the Bureau of Asset Management in the Office of the New York City Comptroller. As a member of the BAM senior leadership team, she oversees the Economically Targeted Investment (ETI) program, the Diverse and Emerging Manager programs, and the broader ESG program, which includes Climate, Corporate Governance, and ESG Due Diligence.
