Biography

Victor A. Limlingan serves as a Managing Director at Regina Capital, where he is responsible for overseeing TRESDAQ, the Philippines' sole SEC licensed Alternative Trading System. He is also a Commissioner of the Social Security Commission (SSS).

In his capacity as Commissioner, Mr. Limlingan was appointed to the board of Unionbank and currently chairs the Investment Oversight Committee for the SSS. He previously chaired the Risk Management and Actuarial Oversight Committee of the SSS.
