Utz Claassen, born May 7, 1963, in Hannover, is a German manager, management consultant, entrepreneur, investor, and author. He began his career in 1987 as a consultant at McKinsey & Company before moving to Ford Europe in 1989, where he worked on management control systems. He then joined Volkswagen, rising to executive director by 1994.
