Christine Simmons is the Founder and CEO of Alis Volat Propriis, LLC, a role she has held since 2016. She is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Miami School of Law, a position she has held since 2024. Simmons is recognized for her executive leadership, notably as the first African American and woman to serve as Chief Operating Officer for the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences from 2019 to 2022.
