Biography

Ulf Kristersson has served as the Prime Minister of Sweden since 2022 and as the Leader of the Moderate Party since 2017. He has been a Member of the Riksdag for Södermanland County since 2014, following an earlier term for Stockholm County from 1991 to 2000. Kristersson holds a degree in economics from Uppsala University and completed military service as a platoon commander.

His political career includes serving as Minister for Social Security from 2010 to 2014.
