Udbhav Tiwari serves as the Vice President of Strategy and Global Affairs at Signal. In this role, he applies his expertise as a public policy professional with a background in law and technology.

Prior to joining Signal, Tiwari worked in public policy at Google, where he focused on issues within the technology space. He holds a B.A LLB (Hons) in Arts and Law from West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences.
