Uday Kotak is an Indian banker, widely recognized as the founder of Kotak Mahindra Bank. He currently holds the position of non-executive director at the bank, having resigned from an executive role.

In addition to his prominent role in the banking sector, Kotak is also the Proprietor of Samruddhi Enterprises. He was born on March 15, 1959.
