Tyler Gately serves as the Managing Director and Head of North America Private Credit at Barings, where he leads the firm's private credit initiatives across the region.

Prior to his current role, Gately held several other leadership positions at Barings. He was a Managing Director and Head of Client Portfolio Management for Private Assets, and previously served as Managing Director and Head of Client Portfolio Management for Global Private Finance.
