Tyler Florence is an American chef, restaurateur, and television host. He currently serves as the CEO of The Monarch Collective and is the Executive Chef and Managing Partner of Wayfare Tavern and Miller & Lux in San Francisco. A two-time James Beard Nominee for Best Chef West (2014-2015), Florence has also been an Emmy Nominated Television host for Tyler's Ultimate (2008).
Florence's entrepreneurial ventures include co-founding The Florence Group, Inc. in 2006 and Sprout Foods, Inc. in 2004.
