Tristram Stuart, born on March 12, 1977, is an English author and campaigner. He was educated at Sevenoaks School and later attended Trinity Hall, Cambridge, where he read English and earned an MA Cantab with a Double 1st. During his time at Cambridge, he received the Betha Wolferstan Rylands prize and the Graham Storey prize.
Stuart is widely recognized for his ongoing campaign to address the global food waste scandal.
