Trevor E. Carlson serves as an Associate Professor at NUS. He is currently on sabbatical, working as a Visiting Faculty Researcher at Google.

His research interests are centered on investigating highly efficient general-purpose processors. This work spans various applications, including extreme efficiency IoT-style devices, general-purpose and cloud computing systems, and high performance computing.
