Trent Curtin is the Commissioner of the NSW Rural Fire Service. His career in public safety and emergency services includes leadership positions across multiple organizations. He previously served as the Acting Deputy Secretary and head of SafeWork NSW.

Prior to these roles, Curtin was the Assistant Commissioner Community Safety at Fire And Rescue NSW and held the position of Acting Executive Director People & Culture at Fire Rescue Victoria.
