Toyin Ajayi is the Co-founder and CEO of Cityblock Health, a company she describes as being built by a health and social justice warrior. She has led Cityblock Health since its inception, focusing on its mission.

In addition to her role at Cityblock Health, Ajayi is a Co-founder and General Partner at Coalition Operators, a position she has held since January 2020. She also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Evolent, a role she began in 2023.
