Tony Roth serves as the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) for Wilmington Trust Investment Advisors, Inc. and M&T Bank. In this role, he leads an experienced investment team, providing strategic direction for the firm's asset management investment activities, including asset allocation, manager research, and portfolio construction. He is also responsible for managing risk and chairs the firm's Investment Committee.
