Toniann Richard serves as the CEO of HCC Network, a nonprofit organization dedicated to operating multiple Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). In this role, she oversees the provision of comprehensive health care services across the rural continuum of care, aiming to improve access and health outcomes for underserved rural populations.
