Tom Wambeke serves as the Chief Learning Innovation at ITCILO, the Training Centre of the International Labour Organization, a position he has held since 2015. As a United Nations Senior Executive with two decades of experience, he focuses on managing capacity development programs, with a particular emphasis on learning innovation and digital transformation. His work involves leading innovation projects with cross-functional teams across more than 50 countries.
