Thomas Earl Emmer Jr. is an American attorney and politician. He currently serves as Majority Whip in the United States House of Representatives since 2023, representing Minnesota's 6th congressional district since 2015.

During his time in Congress, Emmer has been recognized as a staunch advocate for the crypto industry and is a member of the Financial Services Committee. He is also part of the Republican Deputy Whip Team and the House Republican Steering Committee.
