Biography

Tomáš Zdechovský is a Member of the European Parliament (MEP), first elected in 2014 and subsequently re-elected in 2019. He represents the Christian and Democratic Union – Czechoslovak People's Party (KDU-ČSL), which he joined in 2006, and currently serves as a Member of its Bureau. He initially ran for the European Parliament in 2014 as number three on the list and succeeded, securing his re-election in 2019.
