Biography

Tom Ginsburg is the Leo Spitz Distinguished Service Professor of International Law, Professor of Political Science, and Faculty Director of the Malyi Center for the Study of Institutional and Legal Integrity at the University of Chicago. He also directs the University's Forum for Free Inquiry and Expression, launched in October 2023, and is a Research Professor at the American Bar Foundation.
