Tom Dickey was an American sailor. In 1971, Dickey, alongside helmsman Robert Mosbacher and Thad Hutcheson, achieved significant success in the sport of sailing. That year, the team secured victories in the Soling Gulf Coast Regionals, followed by the Soling North American Championship. Their remarkable year culminated in winning the Soling World Championship.

Beyond his sailing career, Dickey was also identified as an attorney.
